Customer Satisfaction
Our Customers whether direct or through indirect channel are of great value to us. Blue Dasher Technologies Quality Assurance department acts proactively to ensure we retain the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction. Through our partner program we have created a system to monitor and survey customer activity for the purpose of honoring and rewarding partners who are exceeding levels of Customer Satisfaction. Accordingly partners who are not meeting the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction will be encouraged to do so through our escalation process that Reviews, Trains, and Monitors performance on a quarterly probation period.
